Perry Leonard Greene, 75, of Ooltewah, died Friday, December 17, 2004 in a local hospital.He was a native of Blytheville, AK, but had lived in the Chattanooga area most of his life. He was a member of Ooltewah United Methodist Church and the Rotary Club.He had been Chief Scout Executive for the Cherokee Area Council of Chattanooga. Under his leadership the Skymont Boy Scout Camp was developed. He retired as Area Director of the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America.He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Greene.He is survived by his children, Randall Greene of Soddy Daisy; Jill Row of Chickamauga, GA; two grandchildren, Brandon Greene of Ooltewah; Marschall Row of Chickamauga, GA; brother, Melvin Green, Jr. of California, and several nieces and nephews.
