D. Frank Hinnant was a Field Executive in Chattanooga from June 15, 1944 through November 1, 1947.  Frank was the director at Camp Tso-Le-Tsu-Ke (and designed the patch and created the camp's name) as well as Camp Tsatanugi.  He was a member of Chickamauga Lodge 293, which was inactive after its first ceremony.  Frank passed away in 2010 at the age of 90.  You can read his obituary here.
