William Edward "Ted" Bolen was the Council President from 1965-1966.  He received the Silver Beaver award in 1954. He attended the 1953 and 1960 National Scout Jamborees.

Bolen was born on Apr. 25, 1915 and died on Feb. 15, 1974.
